Appointments

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Regular Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Summer Hours
The office closes at 3:00 p.m. two to three days a week.

Holiday Closings
Our office will be closed on the following holidays:
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving and day after

Christmas and New Year’s Day– There will be no doctor in the office the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.  Emergency appointments will be available and phones will be on in order to make appointments between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.

All long appointments (over 30 minutes) need to be scheduled in the mornings. New patient exams are scheduled in the morning or afternoon
